Organizational Needs Inventory TM- a survey and report relating to three key areas for every organization: Organizational Structure, Predominant Leadership Style, Organizational Structure.  Provides leaders with a basis for better understanding their organization and implementing positive change.

Profile Evaluations System (PES) TM - combines cognitive and personality scales to provide a well-rounded, comprehensive description of an individual's aptitudes and personality.  The PES has great value within the full range of personnel issues including recruitment and selection, retention, assignment, training/development and promotion.  As a coaching tool, the PES helps leaders communicate more skillfully with others and develop their employees more effectively.

Development Needs Inventory (DNI) TM - is a 360 instrument that is administered over the internet and designed to allow managers, supervisors and others in leadership positions to better understand their strengths and development needs.  The information provided by the DNI will help facilitate the individual(s) growth and progress and as a result increase their effectiveness in the organization. The Development Needs Inventory was designed with one primary objective in mind - To help leaders lead more effectively.
