Strategic Development, LLC was started by Dan Diagostino in 2004 after spending 18 years working for companies from start-up to multi-billion dollars in sales. These companies were in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, heath care, insurance and professional services. Most positions held by Dan were in finance, accounting and strategy with the approach that strategic focus, continuous improvement and respect for all stakeholders would lead to better decisions and results.
Though there are no magic bullets to creating success, we believe there are certain key principles that can contribute to the degree of success organizations and individuals achieve. We also believe that creating success is not a one time event. Success is a process. A process of discovery, planning, executing and managing results. By using success principles and a success process, we can better our chances of getting more of what we want, and less of what we don’t.

Dan earned his BS and MBA from Indiana University. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and has his CPA license in the state of Indiana. Dan has also earned various certifications in the facilitation of leadership development programs and assessments.
